T&C – Competition ASCA Coffee

1. Promoter
   This competition is run by Moffat Pty Ltd of 740 Springvale Road, Mulgrave 3170 VIC.
2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who are attending the ASCA Coffee Competitions. Employees of Moffat Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
   The competition opens on 1 May 2026 and closes on 11 October 2026 (AWST).
4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must scan the QR code displayed on Moffat’s pull-up banners at any of the ASCA Coffee Competition events and complete the entry form. Multiple entries are permitted.
5. Competition Locations
   Entries may be submitted at the following ASCA Coffee Competition events:

• QLD/NT: 1–3 May (Brisbane)
• NSW/ACT: 29–31 May (Sydney)
• WA/SA: 10–12 July (Perth)
• VIC/TAS: 31 July–2 August (Melbourne)
• National Finals: 7–11 October (Melbourne)

6. Prize
   The prize is one (1) Rancilio Silvia Pro X espresso machine. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected by random draw on 11 October 2026. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner Notification
   The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at entry within 5 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, Moffat Pty Ltd reserves the right to redraw the prize.
9. Privacy
   Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with Moffat Pty Ltd’s privacy policy.
10. Liability
    Moffat Pty Ltd is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. General
    Moffat Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
