Ranging from 40 - 400 litre capacities, Metos food production kettles include electrically heated or direct steam version kettles. All food production kettles in the Metos range has a high double jacket for water or steam that creates high heat around the kettle while the food is mixed against the hot side by the mixing arm. With the addition of seamless welding to ensure no edges for dirt to hide and full access to the kettle bowl, electric or hydraulic tilting with a decanting height of 600mm provides increased ergonomics and products can be tilt into various decanting trolleys and tote bins.

The Metos 4G range of Viking and Proveno mixing kettles are the next generation of practicality for any bulk food manufacturers. All models in this range can be free-standing, making installation and maintenance of large production kettles at ease. An elevated control panel is ergonomically positioned and simple to use.
Proveno 4G Combi Kettles
The Proveno 4G range of combi jacketed kettles is the premium solution, offering a unique cook-chill solution in a commercial kettle. The range allows chefs to hold food in their combi kettles overnight at a chilled set temperature and rethermalise in the following morning for service - all without the need of removing the product from the kettle.
Programming is now a standard feature in Proveno 4G. An unlimited number of programmes with an unlimited number of its phases may be saved and accessed via the large touch screen control panel.
