Salamanders

Blue Seal, Waldorf and Cobra gas salamanders use infra-red burners offering significant advantages over traditional blue flame burner salamanders. Infra-red burners are highly efficient as more of the heat produced by the burners is directed onto the cooking surfaces which heat up faster.
Electric 900mm salamander models feature powerful twin coil elements for optimum cooking performance. Blue Seal and Waldorf also offer a 600mm adjustable electric salamanders that accept a Gastronorm GN 1/1 tray.
Blue Seal and Waldorf salamanders offer a new lever action rack system model enabling height and tilt control without having to remove the rack from the salamander. An optional branding plate can be selected with either the gas or electric salamanders.
