The Voila! restaurant at the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit unashamedly looks to deliver indulgent pleasure to guests and diners alike.<\/p>\n<p>Voila! is known for its memorable breakfast buffet \u2013 it\u2019s acclaimed as one of Asia&#8217;s best. \u2018Too much\u2019 is quite possibly \u2018just enough\u2019 here.<\/p>\n<p>Diners find the detox smoothie station is the perfect place to start. From there the dining journey is one of variety and decadence. However, any Bangkok restaurant looking to attract and retain patronage knows that the menu is only half the allure for diners. These clearly illustrated not only the layout and dimensions but also the aesthetics of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moffat.com.au\/products-list?f%5B0%5D=field_product_brand%3A8646\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Waldorf Bold equipment<\/span><\/a> and how these worked alongside the wall feature and hood system.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere were a number of changes required,\u201d Brent says. \u201cBut, with the team working well together, we were able to quickly sell-in the desired result and get to work making it a reality.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For projects with a fast turnaround it helps to have a good idea of what\u2019s going where before anything is delivered on site. In the newly refurbished kitchen at Voila! the Waldorf Bold range certainly looks the part, and a big emphasis is placed on the art and entertainment of culinary craft.
