Replacing the soda water in the classic Americano with gin instead. As a result, the Negroni is born.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Fast forwarding to the late &#8217;70s, a busy bartender mistakenly topped up a Negroni with some off-dry Italian sparkling white rather than the gin. Stating the obvious that it keeps the cocktail chilled but furthermore, it adds presentation value as well. Then make sure there is not much of white pith.<\/li>\r\n<li>Add a bit of extra kick by twisting the peel over the drink.
