Moffat is thrilled to be introducing the range of Convotherm mini ovens. Small in space and big on impact. With the updated mini, Convotherm has increased the usability of this mighty little fighter while giving the operator maximum usable space in their establishment.

Compact all-rounder for unlimited creativity

The Convotherm mini combi ovens is ideal for fast food, QSR, small cafes and snack bars or any operation needing the flexibility of a combination oven but lacking the space for a traditional sized unit. With a compact width of only 515 mm wide giving the operator loads of usable bench space not taking up by a larger unit

What’s new about the mini range?

The mini combi oven now comes with a large 7-inch TFT Hi-resolution glass touch display like a smartphone. This provides a sharp and bright resolution with an intuitive scrolling function. With the new control screen, you can store up to 399 of your favourite recipes with up to 20 cooking steps. With the updated icon base menu, it’s now simpler for your staff to operate, with many innovative functions just like the Convotherm maxx pro combi ovens. Pair this with Press&Go and you have a powerhouse that is only 515mm wide.

We have introduced the option of a matte black finish to the exterior of the oven. This is ideal for ovens that are going to be customer-facing, helping and making your new oven look stylish. Convotherm mini comes in multiple sizes from a 6.06, 6.10 to a 10.10 GN capacity. We also have mobile options which are perfect for sites that don’t have water or waste points or have a remote catering business.

Especially in the demanding a-la-carte business, the Convotherm mini makes a perfect, flexible station appliance. It can replace any specific appliances, such as a sous-vide bath or poaching, a holding cabinet or a dehydrator. And for gentle overnight cooking, you can rely on the mini, with no need to block your large appliances. It shows precisely what is cooking and how long is left for that item making it easier for staff and helping you maintain your gold standard. With the Press&Go feature, you can add your own recipes to the custom cooking profiles and save them with a distinctive picture in the unit.
