The range of slicers are mobile for easy cleaning and fitted with stainless steel slicing blades. Both compact and efficient, the Moffat range of bread slicers are supplied with comprehensive operational procedure manuals.
Designed and manufactured in Australia, the Curl Flow bread slicers are fitted standard with micro-switched cleaning access doors and loaf pushers are supplied. A drop down front table for fast and efficient blade changing is a standard feature. |

CURL FLOW SLICER
This robust slicer can be used to slice a comprehensive range of sandwich loaves, Vienna loaves, high top loaves and various continental breads including rye, grain and fruit loaves.
The Curl Flow slicer is fitted with a variable weight pusher system designed to suit soft or crusty loaves and is available with 11mm and 14mm slice thickness.
A smart space saving design allows the slicer to be placed against a wall and the machine is easily fed by the operator from the front.

208 SLICER
The 208 slicer is designed for the operator who requires a continuous semi automatic slicer. The patented cross slice action is an innovative design which ensures excellent slicing results.

BENCH SLICER
The heavy duty construction of the Paramount bench mounted bread slicer makes it the ideal choice for a busy bakery.
This single frame slicer is fitted with a loaf pusher and removable crumb tray and is supplied fully guarded for operator safety. This model is designed to accept loaves 380mm in length (maximum) and is available in either a 10mm or 15mm slice thickness.
