BAKBAR TURBOFAN CONVECTION OVEN
Bakbar Turbofan gas and electric convection ovens offer several advantages over traditional convection ovens.
STYLE
Fresh styling provides a contemporary design for front of house use and the benefits of quiet, low velocity convection cooking providing cooking time reductions of up to one third and lower cooking temperatures. It also provides a greater throughput with less shrinkage and moisture loss.
FEATURES
Feature options available within the Bakbar Turbofan range include roast and bake timers, steam or water injection, and "cook n hold". All ovens have easy clean vitreous enamel oven liners and an easy to use functional control layout.
COMPACT
The compact footprints offered by Turbofan ovens allow our ovens and provers to be installed in restricted conditions. By using less kitchen floor space, Turbofan ovens allow more room for merchandising or other production equipment. |

BLUE SEAL AND WALDORF CONVECTION OVEN
Modular Blue Seal, Waldorf and Sterlec gas and electric convection ovens are constructed around a separate, sturdy angle iron frame or chassis, allowing them to be specified in the most demanding kitchens. Stainless steel exterior panels and vitreous porcelain enamel oven liners makes cleaning easy.
Interlocking double doors open beyond 180 degrees to allow for easy access during use. Useful features such as "cook n hold" and water injection add to the capability of these powerful convection ovens.
