This new generation of donut fryers are suitable for frying 'Berlina or Jam Ball Donuts' and provide a complete system including mobile fryer and fully automatic operation. Fitted with an easy to use 25 program computer control panel the fryer can be run by a single operator as all frying and turning functions are fully automated. Operation of the unit is simple, dough pieces are fed into the frying area using the tilting trays, the system automatically lowers the products into the oil and turns the donuts throughout the cooking process. At the end of the frying cycle the machine raises the donuts in the frying baskets up to the highest position for removal to the unloading grid and side tray for finishing.		view products > Jefeba
