We are looking to recruit two energetic and customer focused Sales Consultants to join the Sales team based in NSW to represent the Moffat product range.
- Sales Consultant Healthcare – You will be representing the company in the Healthcare range of products across the territory, with a strong focus on developing and supporting the end user and dealer market. This position will be reporting into the National Heathcare Sales Manager.
Responsibilities include:
• Developing sales within NSW by establishing and maintaining strong key relationships
• Developing and maintaining exceptional relations with dealers to achieve
key sales targets
• Generating demand for sales of Moffat products within the select market
(generate growth of market share)
• Monitoring and reporting on sales and general market activities
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of company products, with each product
group and of competitor products
• Implementing detailed and comprehensive product training in conjunction with dealers
• Carrying out demonstrations and presentations on the catering equipment range.
Capabilities required:
• Minimum 3years experience in sales or business development in the Food Service
industry/heathcare Industry.
• Experience working as a Catering Manager within a Hospital/Healthcare Sector or
working as a Chef by trade would be an advantage.
• Qualified as a HACCP course is essential for the Sales Consultant Heathcare position
• Qualified as a CFSP is desirable for Sales Consultant for Food Service position
• Experience selling through a distribution environment and direct to end user
environment is essential
• Ability to manage a dealer network and end user market within specified territory
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Understanding of costing’s and budget’s to determine gross margin
• Ability to review the territory and identify new business opportunities for further sales
growth
• Ability to meet set deadlines
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to present using PowerPoint presentations
to dealers
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency using MS Office suite and Lotus Notes
